The good news is software updates from Rimage are included with any service contract. While you may be able to use Windows 10 and RSS 9.1, that won’t help you if the integrated software you use to submit jobs is not compatible with Windows 10. Likewise, if you use other software in your workflow, you will want to check the requirements for those pieces of software as well. RSS 9.1 does not support Windows XP, for example. If you must continue using older operating systems, you may want to check with Rimage prior to updating your software.
